Getting started

Where do I get my credit report?

Free at AnnualCreditReport.com, the official site. Save each report as a PDF, then in ZungiDill tap Import my report. You can also photograph a paper copy or add items by hand.

The import missed something

Reports vary by bureau. Open the item and fix it, or add it by hand on the Report tab. Check every date against your report, especially the first missed payment.

Letters

Mail or online?

Mail gives you the best proof. Send it certified with a return receipt, keep the tracking number, and add the delivery date on the Track tab. The bureau’s clock starts the day it receives your letter. To dispute online instead, ZungiDill copies your letter and opens the bureau’s own page.

Why is there a blank line for my Social Security number?

Bureaus use it to find your file, so bureau letters have a blank line you can fill in by hand. ZungiDill never stores it. Letters to companies leave it off.

Purchases

What does it cost?

The credit report review and letter drafting are free. You pay to print, save or send a finished letter: one letter at a time, or ZungiDill Monthly for a full round each month. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.

How do I cancel ZungiDill Monthly?

Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then ZungiDill. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ZungiDill. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

ZungiDill Monthly follows your Google account or Apple ID: open the More tab and tap Restore purchases. Single letters stay on the phone where you bought them. Email us with your Google Play or App Store receipt and we will help.

Promo codes

Open the More tab and tap Redeem a promo code. The code is checked and applied by Google Play or the App Store, which show you the price before you confirm.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Google or Apple. On Android, use Google Play’s refund page. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Erase everything

Open the More tab and tap Erase everything, or delete the app. We never receive your app data, so we cannot recover it.

iPhone launch list

To be removed from the iPhone launch list, email us from the address you signed up with.
