Privacy Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

This policy covers the ZungiDill app for Android and iPhone and the website zungidill.netlify.app. Both are made by Numerita LLC (“we”, “us”). Questions: hola.numerita@gmail.com.

What the app never asks for

Your Social Security number, date of birth, passwords, bank or card details. Bureau letters have a blank line where you can write your Social Security number and birth date by hand on paper. The app does not store them.

What the app keeps on your phone

• Your name and mailing address, to print on your letters.
• Report confirmation numbers, if you add them.
• The items you choose to add from your report: company names, the last 4 digits of account numbers, balances, dates, statuses, and personal information listed on your report (names, addresses, phone numbers, employers).
• Your answers, explanations and dispute choices, and the letters drafted from them.
• Dates you mail letters, dates they arrive, tracking or confirmation numbers, and the results you record.
• Photos you take of your proof or of a bureau’s reply.
• Your settings, such as reminders.

This information is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. It is not sent to us or anyone else. It may be included in your own device backup (iCloud or your computer on iPhone, your Google account on Android). Those backups are controlled by you and by Apple or Google.

Your report and bureau replies

When you import a credit report or photograph a reply, it is read on your phone using on-device text recognition (Apple’s Vision on iPhone, Google’s ML Kit on Android). The report file and the text read from it are not kept; only the items you choose to add are saved. Your documents, photos and the text read from them are never uploaded.

Diagnostics on Android

On Android, Google’s ML Kit text recognition sends Google limited diagnostic information so it keeps working: the device model and Android version, the app’s name and version, a per-installation identifier that is not meant to identify you, performance timings and error codes. It does not include your documents, photos or the text read from them. See Google’s ML Kit disclosure and Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive this information.

Reminders

Deadline and monthly report reminders are scheduled on your phone as local notifications. Nothing is sent to a server.

Purchases and promo codes

Purchases, subscriptions and promo codes are handled entirely by Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. We do not receive your payment details. The app asks your store only whether a purchase or subscription is active. See Google’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The app and website link to other sites, such as AnnualCreditReport.com, the credit bureaus, IdentityTheft.gov, the CFPB, OptOutPrescreen.com and SmartCredit. When you open one, that site’s own privacy policy applies. Nothing you enter in ZungiDill is passed to them. SmartCredit is an optional credit monitoring service from a separate company; if you join through our link, Numerita LLC may earn a commission, but we do not share any of your information with SmartCredit.

The iPhone launch list

If you sign up on this website to hear when the iPhone app launches, we collect your email address and the date you signed up. We use them only to email you when ZungiDill is available for iPhone. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not add you to any other mailing list.

The form is processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., on our behalf (Netlify’s privacy policy). We keep the list only until that launch email is sent and then delete it. To be removed sooner, email hola.numerita@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, or reply to our email.

This website

The website has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Like any website host, Netlify processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Email to support

If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use it only to answer you. Please do not send your Social Security number, full account numbers or your credit report.

Deleting your information

• In the app: open the More tab and tap Erase everything, or delete the app. Because we never receive this information, we cannot see, restore or delete it for you.
• iPhone launch list or support email: email hola.numerita@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to profile you. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. For the iPhone launch list and support emails, contact us and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

ZungiDill is for adults in the United States. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Keeping app data on your phone, with no account and no server, is the main protection. We recommend a passcode or screen lock on your phone. The launch list is stored by Netlify over encrypted connections.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how the app handles your information, we will also say so in the app’s update notes.
