Disclosures

Self-help software

ZungiDill is self-help software made by Numerita LLC. It is not a credit repair organization, a credit counseling service or a law firm, and it does not give legal, financial or credit advice. It does not contact credit bureaus, creditors, debt collectors or government agencies for you, and it does not send anything on your behalf. You decide what is accurate and what to dispute, and you send your own letters.

Your rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with the credit bureaus and with the companies that reported it, at no cost, without using ZungiDill (15 U.S.C. § 1681i and § 1681s-2). You can get free credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com. Credit freezes are free (15 U.S.C. § 1681c-1). No one can legally remove accurate, current information from a credit report.

No guarantee

Credit bureaus and the companies that report information decide every dispute. ZungiDill cannot promise that any item will be corrected or removed, or that any score will change. Removing inaccurate or outdated negative items can help a score, but no one can promise a specific change.

Laws cited in the app

Letters and checks are based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 and following), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. § 1692g) and Regulation V (12 CFR § 1022.43), and on the FTC’s published sample dispute letters. Laws and bureau procedures can change. ZungiDill is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer.

Affiliate disclosure

The app links to SmartCredit, an optional credit monitoring service run by a separate company with its own price and terms. If you join through our link, Numerita LLC may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra, it is not part of ZungiDill Monthly, and nothing you enter in ZungiDill is shared with SmartCredit. You do not need it to use ZungiDill.

Screenshots on this website and in the app stores use a made-up example report. Names, accounts and addresses in them are fictional.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Equifax, Experian and TransUnion are trademarks of their owners. ZungiDill is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Delete your data

ZungiDill has no accounts. Everything you enter in the app is stored only on your phone, so you delete it yourself:

• In the app: open the More tab and tap Erase everything. Or delete the app.
• iPhone launch list or support emails: email hola.numerita@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will delete it within 30 days.
• Purchases: purchase records are kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
